That list is deliberately short. This site is a reading resource about nutrition and eye health, so there is no reason for us to hold anything beyond what is needed to reply to a message and to keep the pages loading correctly. If a form field is not needed for one of those two jobs, it does not exist on this site.
You never have to send a message to read the material. Browsing the nutrient guide, the AREDS and AREDS2 explainer, or the food sources pages requires no account and no personal details.
What we ask for

Once an enquiry is closed and no correction is outstanding, there is no further reason to keep the message, so it is removed rather than archived indefinitely.
